Human beings, as we know them today, have been successful as a species for many centuries. Over those millennia lots of behaviours have sustained us and helped us to survive in many diverse conditions. The majority of our behaviours have stuck with us for so long because, generally, our living conditions, have not changed all that much. We do not mean living conditions in the sense of caves versus homes, or cars versus horses, but the terms of our lives together.
Tribal
Quite early on we developed a set of behaviours that were useful and valuable when we lived in a small community environment such as families, clans, tribes. The living conditions between individuals in that type of overall surroundings are fairly close, pretty romantic, with plenty of interdependence in addition to a whole lot of competition.
When you live in a really close-knit community there are rules which govern property, ownership and union, and such principles are often rigid and based, to a large extent, on standing. By and large the standing in these sorts of social groups is directly linked to how much success value someone.
Strength, endurance, searching skills, ability in war, in addition to overall life experience wisdom memory of heritage, and what’s worked in the past all contribute to status. A great hunter and a wise elder are of excellent value, thus they have high standing.
Collective
We have also developed a set of behaviours that are valuable by get chart human design and useful as soon as we live in a community environment where the ties of blood kinship are far more diffuse. Towns and cities are an example of the living condition. By and large people in this state only are less inclined to encourage each other in precisely the exact same way that family members support each other.
From the viewpoint of Human Design, in the collective there is a general agreement that there is some cooperation in certain regions such as defence, education. Behaviours which are valuable in this environment include logic, planning, organization, exploration, and storytelling. Status here is based upon the ability to help the team achieve common targets.
Individual
Throughout all the social interplay that goes on in human culture and society there is a rock bottom Foundation the person. Without a Lot of people you never have a group. The behaviours that are valuable and useful to the individual are essentially about personal success and personal gratification. Individuals typically form short-term alliances think social networking.
Individual Behaviours are, to a great extent, somewhat of a threat to collective and tribal Groups due to their very nature those groups wish to be stable. The person, however, cares very little about the stability of this group, and in fact, frequently disrupts it usually unintentionally.
